Refund Policy

Full refunds will be provided for all cancelled enrollments made before 5 PM on April 30, 2025. Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable. Note that credit card fees are not refundable.

Enrollment Changes

We understand that families may need to adjust enrollment dates after registration. Camp Deer Creek strives to be as flexible as possible and will make every effort to accommodate your requests. However, please note that changes to existing enrollments may be subject to certain limitations.

Credit

Credits from 2024 can be applied toward enrollment for 2025. Any outstanding balance after the credit is applied will remain the responsibility of the account holder. For questions about existing credits, please contact our office.
