To enroll your camper for the summer of 2025, please follow these steps:
1. Complete the Online Application: Use our secure, multi-step online form to submit your enrollment information.
2. Payment: After submitting your application, a link to pay the full amount will be provided. To take advantage of early bird pricing, you must pay the full amount (excluding any additional costs for apparel or horseback riding lessons). Payment can be completed securely by credit card or ACH. A 3.5% Credit Card Fee will be charged (sometimes as a later transaction) – this fee does not apply to ACH payments.

Standard 2025 Rates & Schedule
Below are the prices and dates for each week of camp. You can choose any combination of weeks — they do not need to be consecutive. For example, you can register for Weeks 1, 7, 8, and 9. Please note that many weeks are now at capacity–– up to date capacity status will be displayed on the enrollment form.
1 Week: $450
2 Weeks: $900
3 Weeks: $1,350
4 Weeks: $1,800
5 Weeks: $2,250
6 Weeks: $2,700
7 Weeks: $3,150
8 Weeks: $3,600
9 Weeks: $4,050

Week 4: June 30th to July 3rd
Week 5: July 7th to July 11th
Week 6: July 14th to July 18th

Important Information
• Camp will not be in session on Friday, July 4.
• Medical Form: A completed medical form signed by a doctor must be submitted one week before your camper’s first day. This form is mandatory for attendance. A nurse is available on-site daily.

Refund Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made by 5 PM on April 30, 2025. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
Enrollment Changes
Camp Deer Creek understands that families may need to adjust their enrollment dates. We strive to be as flexible as possible, though changes are subject to availability. Please notify us as early as possible for any adjustments.
Credit
Credits from 2024 can be applied toward the 2025 camp season. Credits are applied in dollars to your total balance (not the number of weeks enrolled), and an outstanding balance may remain after credit is applied. Contact the camp office for questions regarding any existing credits.
Camper Groups
Your camper will be placed in one of our fun age-based groups:
• Crickets & Fireflies (Purple Group): Pre-schoolers who haven’t attended kindergarten
• Braves (Red Group): Campers finishing kindergarten
• Pioneers (Yellow Group): Campers finishing first grade
• Rangers (Green Group): Campers finishing second grade
• Apaches (Blue Group): Campers finishing third grade
• Chieftains (Orange Group): Campers finishing fourth and fifth grades
• Frontiersmen (Gray Group): Campers finishing sixth grade and above
